Traffic Coordinator

Stifel Marcin – The B2B Marketing Agency has a full time opening for a Traffic Coordinator. Agency experience and at least 2+ years of work history is preferred. This position is a hybrid remote, with at least 3 days a week required onsite in our Glastonbury, CT offices.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual that can help coordinate multiple agency clients, project requirements and staffing schedules in a dynamic and responsive environment. The right candidate will be able to work as part of a collaborative team, helping guide all members to achieve goals, as well as clearly communicate expectations and deadlines to ensure Account Services, Creative Teams and Digital Teams can work effectively and cohesively. As a small agency team, the right candidate will need to solve problems and not be afraid to ask questions to ensure a timely turnaround and quality work, in an environment where we always work to exceed expectations and results.

The traffic coordinator will be able to:

• Organize project schedules, including Gantt charts and planning methodologies.
• Work closely with account teams to understand job requirements and considerations.
• Actively communicate with all members within the digital, content, design, account and billing teams to ensure proper execution and timely completion of all aspects of a project from start to completion.
• Be able to work with team members, as well as leverage professional experience to strategize timing, schedules and project logistics.
• Anticipate and troubleshoot problems, and coordinate solutions, developing workflow processes that meet project timelines as well as ensure all team members are aligned on expectations and plans.
• Be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as have a general understanding of agency deliverables and file formats.
• Leverage existing process documentation, as well as improve and expand on processes, to provide key information across all departments.
• Export timesheets and project logs to identify billing as well as out-of-scope efforts.
• Utilize our Function Fox project management software to organize and control workflow (prior knowledge of this tool is not a job requirement, though the candidate is expected to utilize the software from day 1, and train on the solution’s capabilities so it can be leveraged to its full potential.
