Capturing Interest Across Channels
Women in Manufacturing® (WiM) is the only national trade association dedicated to providing year-round support to women who have chosen a career in the manufacturing industry. With more than 2,500 individual members representing more than 900 manufacturing companies, membership is available to women – and the men who support them – and includes job functions from the shop floor to the c-suite.
As a long-time member of the association, as well as founding sponsor of the Women in Manufacturing Education Foundation, Stifel Marcin partnered with WiM to help grow awareness and generate interest with a membership marketing campaign. Leveraging our integrated B2B marketing services, we developed a omni-channel digital strategy and deployment plan, along with an impactful creative campaign that grabbed attention and spurred action.
A series of both short-form and long-form videos were created, deployed across digital and social platforms, engaging viewers and generating clicks to learn more. Custom-developed landing pages were optimized for conversions, and featured benefit-oriented messages promoting the power and impact of the organization.

Optimizing Resources & Maximizing Membership Marketing Campaign Results
With on-going client connects and insights on membership conversion rates, a multi-year digital strategy was developed to support WiM’s growth plans. Using existing video and photography, Stifel Marcin developed a series of creative assets – grabbing attention with key statistics and testimonials that engaged viewers and generated clicks. A longer-form 45-second video was developed for campaign landing pages, providing specific details in an easy-to-understand format. Shorter videos promoting different campaign themes were also developed for social media marketing and display placements.
Like any nonprofit organization, WiM had a limited budget for click costs, and needed to optimize its results. Video footage was repurposed across different channels, helping reduce videography fees while maximizing digital campaign ad assets. Additionally, sponsored content placements were deployed with a highly-targeted approach, reaching key decision-makers with focused impact to control spend.
