At each of its manufacturing locations, Newcomb offers dedicated resources to support customers with prototype development and design assistance. To help promote this, Stifel Marcin developed a name for the service, created a logo as well as supporting iconography. In addition, our team developed branded materials for each plant to use in their facility, maintaining brand consistency for customers on-site. The name leveraged the historical Newcomb “Kando” phrasing, combining this positive and proud commitment to getting the job done with a modern, technical approach.

As part of our branding strategy, the Stifel Marcin team developed a new logo identity. The design featured high-tech, space-age-inspired graphics and a unique font treatment, appearing advanced and streamlined, but also with a subtle retro feel. Together, the elements combined to reflect the decades old “Kan-do” theme and long company history, with the position of state-of-the-art manufacturing.
An integrated marketing campaign was also developed by Stifel Marcin to introduce the new centers, with PR materials, print and digital ad content and media placements.
