Building Brand Identity

As a provider of industrial inkjet package marking systems, inc.jet offers a series of product lines, each individually branded.

The company came to Stifel Marcin during the launch of their new PrimeX ink line.

Our team analyzed the overarching inc.jet brand and developed a logo, tagline and related materials for the new product line.

We incorporated the logo and tagline into a variety of related marketing materials, including sell sheets designed by the Stifel Marcin design team.

Incorporating a font face and lower-case font treatment that echoed the aesthetics of other inc.jet icons, the new PrimeX logo also used the gray and red brand standard colors for consistency. Our B2B logo design team incorporated the small, red dot that appeared in other logos, including the inc.jet brand identity, and added a dynamic X shape. With bold, contrasting red and black color combination and an angled, swooping X graphic, the logo referenced the excitement and innovation around the new line.

Tagline Emphasizing Product Capabilities

As part of the B2B branding process, our marketing team developed a tagline for the product line, “Printing to the Power of X,” which emphasized the product’s advanced flexibility and powerful ability to print on a wide variety of surfaces.
