OKAY Industries, like many manufacturers, needed a recruitment web site developed specifically to attract new talent at all levels for its locations, both in the U.S. and internationally.
The recruitment site was integrated into the main company web site to ensure that potential recruits could find general information about the company, as well as employment opportunities.
With unique content tailored to the individual’s language and location, the site allowed potential employees to be directed to the relevant locations, facilities and third-party employment companies where different hiring practices and processes existed.
This specialized recruitment website utilized sectioned-off content and fast content presentation via a secondary menu to enable users to quickly get to key pieces of information, while allowing for a simple and easy user experience.
Though fully integrated into the main site, and thematically and strategically linked to the conceptual framing used in the OKAY Industries site, the microsite has all content, design and calls-to-action specifically directed to a recruitment target.
